What began as a strictly Swiss cheese plant, has expanded until now over 30 varieties of cheeses, and also UHT (Ultra High Temperature) shelf stable milk in a variety of flavors. Our Products Health Farming & Tours Our Tradition Nestled in beautiful Northern Utah, the Logan location is home to the original Gossner Foods plant. Because of the demand for the high quality Swiss, cheese plants were added in El Centro, California and Heyburn, Idaho. Between the three plants, nearly 1,900,000 Pounds of BST free milk is made into great tasting cheese daily. The original location remains the heart of the Gossner Foods Corporation, with the majority of packaging and distribution happening here. The Logan location is also home to the UHT milk plant, where Grade A milk is specially packaged on state of the art equipment, to give it a longer shelf life.
